More on el-Haj

There are more attacks on el-Haj from the right at Solomonia here and here and an earlier one here. Keith Whitelam is mentioned in passing on one of them. I wondered how long that would take.

There are futher points made here also in the archives with a dig at the aforementioned in the comments.

Note the right wing book links whilst there.

Because Manchester United are now ordinary. Sometimes they play OK, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they win (well occasionally), sometimes they don't.
No longer feared.

Ok, ok, no need to spell it out!

That said if Fergie sorts the midfield out then there shouldn't be a problem, although competing with Chelsea is now near impossible.

Sorting out the midfield, frankly, means (minimum) getting rid of/replacing Scholes and finding an adequate replacement for Keane. (Is it just me, or does Rooney usually wind up doing the former? He does everything Scholes used to do, and much more, playing in a similar part of the pitch.)

I think you should still blog on ManU, though--it's good for critical analysis to study folks while they're down. At least their still on-line to make CL easily. Second shouldn't be a problem this year, as Arsenal look at least as bad, and Liverpool and Newcastle are limp rags.

Allllright, I've been thinking I may use my International Studies background (BA, some travel, some reading) to write a right wing text. I'm an evangelical from Texas, so it should work. Think of how much money I could make, James!? Course, the right wing publishers wouldn't much like my last chapter...and you really have to smooze the FOX/ultra right radio set to sell a lot of books...maybe that's not a great idea after all...

I think I will blog on United's mediocre run and downfall?). More on that soon.

As for a new right wing blog: there's enough of them around isn't there?!! You'd have plenty of friends. Unlike poor old Early Christian History. and you'd make more money than ECH. That said did you know that ECH is worth over $9,000,000 (or something stupid like that: did you see the links on the other blogs?). You could buy off me if you want. go on, half price even!!

9 million dollars? In Mozambique currency?!!? (Haven't seen the link...that's really funny...)

Mmmm...wasn't talking about a right wing blog (who could stand to do politics that long, even if it's tongue-in-cheek), just a quick book writing exercise to make some quick cash, which I guess I'd then be obligated to use to work some justice in the world.

Maybe I could trade you the rights to the book for your blog...
